LOCATION
The asset is located on the south bank of the Maas river in the old IJsselmonde neighbourhood. The location is easily accessible by public transport, bikes and car and enables a spectacular view of the river and the city center of Rotterdam.
THE ASSET
The asset is situated on a large land plot of 3.200 sqm and consists of a large villa with a working space attached to it. We plan to demolish the existing buildings and develop a tower featuring 168 apartments, underground parking and ground floor commercial spaces.
STRATEGY
The asset was acquired in Q3 2021.At the moment we are busy with the change of zoning procedure and hope to obtain a building permit by the end of 2022.
